The Process

To create your own brand of spa products in simplistic terms, you can choose the product, the packaging, the design and we do the rest; making, filling, labelling, dropshipping and delivering. All our private label customers are individual and choosing the right products, the right components and ensuring you are happy with the range can take time and with the recent changes in legislation it is complex process.

There are 3 ways in which we can work with you:

  • Entry Level –  low run, high end stock ranges, approx lead time 8-12 weeks.
  • Premium Level – add bespoke ingredients and/or fragrances to our ranges.
    Lead time approximately 4months. Larger volumes required.
  • ‘Bells and whistles’ – Formulate your own.
    The process can take up to 12 months to get to shelf.

We charge an initial set up fee to undertake artwork for entry and premium level options, which includes; brand labelling, artwork setting, visual proofs with components etc.  This set up fee covers all the SKUs that you wish to do in your initial order.  We recommend you take at least five or six lines (SKUs) to achieve brand impact.  Additional SKUs can then be simply added at a later date for a small charge.

One important factor we should also mention, in July 2013 there was a change in cosmetic legislation. All brands have a responsibility to enter its product onto the European Cosmetics Portal (CPNP). Again, for the first 2 options we will do this on your behalf but need to charge a small administration fee for entering the products under your brand name.

Finally, we will require 50% when you place your order prior to us starting production and the balance prior to dispatch. Any delays on the final payment may incur storage charges.
