Are your products organic?

In order to make any claims you will need to specify this is what you want in advance of us producing your products this includes organic and natural claims.

Most of them are at least 12 months from opening.

Oils – are 6-9 months from opening.

Our aim is to make all of our products vegan however this is a long process and will take time. If you are formulating from scratch then please do advise if this is part of your formulation criteria.

Most of our products are made here in the UK although sometimes we tap into our European partners for ingredients and manufacturing.

We require a 50% deposit upon receipt of your order and the remaining paid before delivery.

For standard private label production usually ranges from 16-18 weeks from the date of issued PO, receipt of deposit and signed off proof.

For Private Label to get a sensible cost per a unit we need to look at runs of 500-1,000 per product.
For base formulations the MOQ is determined by the formulations; we can make very small batches in the lab, but this is expensive. As a guideline, 5,000 units would usually be the smallest economically viable batch size. We can do smaller runs; however, the cost escalates dramatically due to the same set up costs being spread over a smaller number of units.

Yes, you will need to supply in .ai format and we will need to review your artwork to ensure its compatible before we commit but on the whole this is possible. We can also work with your designer to ensure it’s compliant with all legislation.

Yes of course.

Yes – we can ship globally.

Yes, we do. We charge a small unit cost to pick and pack and then a standard rate on postage. You will have to commit to a certain stock level but please do ask for more information – we’d be happy to help.
